I dealt with Forest Car Company entirely remotely and over the phone, and from the very first conversation I felt completely at ease. No pressure, no rushing, even held the car for 2 weeks so we could gather the payment no questions no pushing, even instantly spoke to someone to get us the best price!

The car arrived today, and my wife hasn't stopped smiling, they even went out of there way to install a brand new Apple play radio too the car, without even being asked as the old radio wasn't fit for purpose. An added extra that just goes that extra mile.

I dealt with Alex and what stood out most was how straightforward and honest everything felt. The communication was excellent, and I always felt I was being treated as a person rather than just another sale.

It's rare these days to come away from a car purchase feeling this positive about the experience itself, but that's exactly how I felt dealing with Forest & Alex.
